FROM THE VINES TO THE BOTTLE
Winemaking is a process that begins on the vine and ends in the bottle. Therefore, when producing high quality wine, we must first observe our natural surroundings and then apply the treatments needed by the plants at exactly the right time.
Short distances separate our four estates, and short distances separate our vines from our winery. Due to these short distances, the grapes reach the winery in perfect condition, after they have been picked by hand and only the finest fruit selected.
Throughout the year, and consistent with the principles of organic and biodynamic growing, we carefully manage our vines, stepping in when necessary in order to obtain perfect fruit at harvest time, with an ideal balance of aromas, sugars and acidity. Our viticulture is precise, demanding and respectful.
